Where we ship

We ship within the United States only for now.

Shipping cost

Shipping is $4.99 on a single jar and free on every order from $49.99, which includes the 2-jar and 3-jar bundles.

When your order arrives

We pack orders in 1–3 business days. After that, they take 5–8 days to reach you.

Tracking

When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking number. Follow it on our Track your order page, or tap View your order in your confirmation email.

Changing your address

Email contact@hearsaybeauty.com right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it.

Damaged, wrong or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email contact@hearsaybeauty.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we'll make it right.

If tracking says delivered but you don't have it, check around your door, mailroom and with neighbors, then wait one more day, because carriers sometimes mark packages early. Still missing? Email us with your order number.
