How much is shipping?
Free on every US order. No minimum.
When will my order arrive?
We pack orders in 1–2 business days. Order today and it arrives , usually 4–10 days after you order.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping email has a tracking number. Paste it on our Track your order page, or tap View your order in your confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email contact@hearsaybeauty.com with your order number as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we can change or cancel it.
Do you ship outside the US?

What if it doesn't work for me?
Ask for a refund within 30 days of delivery and keep the jar. That's the whole policy.
How do I ask for a refund?
Email contact@hearsaybeauty.com with your order number. You don't need to send anything back. We reply within 1 business day.
My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Email contact@hearsaybeauty.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we'll make it right.
When will I see the refund?
We send it back to your original payment method once it's approved. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually a few business days.

How do I use them?
- Keep the jar in the fridge.
- Clean, dry skin. Press one patch under each eye for 10 seconds, thick edge down.
- Wait 15–20 minutes. Lean back for the first few.
- Peel off and pat in what's left.
Do they slip?
They can on oily skin or if you talk a lot. Apply to clean, dry skin, press for 10 seconds, and lean back for the first few minutes.
Will they fix dark circles?
They brighten the morning look. Circles from genetics or shadow stay put. That's why this claim is marked “Partly.”
Can I reuse a patch?
No. Each pair is used once, then thrown away.
How long does a jar last?
One jar holds [N] pairs. At one pair a morning, that's [N] mornings.
How do I store it?
In the fridge, lid closed. Use the little spatula, not your fingers, so the gel stays clean.

Are they okay for sensitive skin?
Patch test on your inner arm first and wait a day. Keep them below the eye, away from the lash line, and stop if anything stings.
Are they cruelty-free or vegan?
[Add only what your supplier can document, e.g. a cruelty-free certification. Collagen is usually animal-derived, so check before calling them vegan.]
Can I use them if I'm pregnant or have a skin condition?
Check with your doctor before adding new skincare if you're pregnant, nursing, or being treated for a skin condition.
